Keys for a Cause

Twila Jean and Friends held three Keys for a Cause events at Milwaukee's iconic Shank Hall, raising money for The American Cancer Society, The Hunger Task Force, and The Humane Society. Each concert featured works performed by some of the best rock keyboard players in Milwaukee honoring prog rock's best of the best, such as Rick Wakeman and Keith Emerson. Partners/ Collaborators

Twila worked with the Democratic Party of Washington County on a musical fundraiser called "A Benefit Concert to End Gun Violence," with several thousand dollars donated to gun sense grassroots organizations.
The concert was held at The Bend Theater in West Bend, Wisconsin in December 2023.

Twila put together a second Musicians for Gun Sense Concert at the Farley Center for Peace, Justice and Sustainability in September 2024. This concert paired with The Southwest Wisconsin Area Progressives, Moms Demand Action, and the Wisconsin Council of Churches' work with Guns 2 Gardens.
